We are actively working on this feature. Very soon, HelloResto will be able to automatically manage reservations via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook Messenger.

The bot will ask the right questions (date, time, party size), validate the info, and either connect with your existing reservation tool (e.g. Zenchef, TheFork, Formitable, etc.) or send you the request manually if you prefer.

Full native order management (payments, confirmations, tracking) is not yet available, but it’s part of our future roadmap.
